Please note: Denimshop.com sells to Retail customers, Organizations and to Resellers and offers appropriate discounts to all our customers.

The General Public may purchase anything offered on the site and take advantage of discounts offered for quantity purchases. Discounts are given for larger quantity purchases within a style. You may mix sizes and colors within a style to take advantage of the discounts. Each order page is considered a different style.

Organizations and Companies that purchase products used by their group or employees should register as an "Organization" to gain further discounts we offer to bulk users. (Schools, Churches, small businesses, and corporations that purchase apparel for internal use.)

If you sell the products to other companies or to retail customers, you are a Reseller. You should register your company as a Reseller so you can access the Wholesale prices of the website and take advantage of the greater discounts we offer Resellers. (Resellers are requested to send their State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for purchases of clothing or apparel.)

Inside my web-site you will find a large collection of denim, cotton twill and other popular garments. This is the largest single collection of denim products in the world. We also offer hundreds of other garments in an assortment of fabrics, colors, styles and sizes.

Many of the products come directly from factory warehouses to you. The rest are from importers who have families which are producing their goods overseas. The prices are as low as possible. The quality is "good" or better. I do not sell used goods, 2nds or auction goods, though sometimes I get closeouts with steep discounts. (All our goods are First Quality unless otherwise noted in the description of the product offered.)

A Denim Shop is NOT a "stocking distributor" who buys products from local vendors, marks them up 40% - 60% and resells to businesses. We are a Manufacturer's Representative office which works on a salesman's commission or as a Distributor for our vendors. When you buy here, you are getting the same price, or lower, as you would if you could called anyone of these vendors directly. Though, most of my vendors sell only through distributors or sales reps like myself.

Do I always have the lowest price? No, but I usually do. You can often find a similar product cheaper, but usually there is a good reason for it being cheaper. (A special sale, not 1st quality goods, cheaper fabrics, etc.) What I do have is a consistently great price for quality products and a huge selection to choose from. The order forms you will find inside this site are kept up-to-date so when you order an item it is "usually" in stock. When I know something is discontinued, I will remove the item from the site so you are rarely ordering items no longer available.

You must be "registered" to enter the Organizational Sales or the Reseller's Wholesale part of the site. Your email address will be your Username and you will use a password of your choice. As you register will may choose to receive promotional email sales letters. These will inform you whenever one of my vendors adds products or is having a special sale. At the bottom of each letter you receive are links to go to "Your Account" so you may update your account records any time you wish.

One of the reasons my prices are low, is I do not offer "net terms" to my customers. Everything is paid for when it is ordered and we will ship the goods within 48 hours. The only exception to the rule is when Dickies Manufacturing items are ordered. Dickies often takes a few days longer to get your orders out the door. All other vendors ship more quickly, including Dickies Medical Scrubs.

When you purchase items from this web site, your credit card will be "Authorized" for the amount of the purchase. The money will not be transferred until the day the items ship or later. Your final invoice may have changed if the order changes. Items may be out of stock, I may call you and the order might change as needed, the cart may have overcharged the shipping and I will adjust the amount lower. We work hard to give you the personal service you deserve.
