We warrant that these garments are first quality unless the order page specifies differently.

Wholesale clients must be registered on this web site AND approved before the wholesale prices will show on the order page. Resellers must send us their State Sales Tax Certificates. I am required to have them on file by my state.

If you find a defective garment, we will replace it at our expense or offer a refund. The defective garment must be returned. We will pay for the return of defective garments, too.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. You may return any garment for any reason for a refund for 14 days after you have received it. (shipping cost will not be credited) Restocking fees may apply.

Check the items received to make sure all is correct when your shipment arrives. All returns, missing items and other adjustments must be made within 14 days of you receiving the products. If I have made an error on your invoice regarding the items you ordered (or did not order), there is no time limit to correcting the error.

All returns must be shipped back in the same condition they were received. Folded, in the original packaging, not worn or embellished upon. (Yes, you may try them on for fit.) Items returned late or not in the original packaging and/or not folded properly will be charged a restocking fee. (15-25%)

Specials and Sales items are never returnable. They are Final Sales.

All payments are made with Credit or Bank Debit Cards. Visa, Master Card, Discover and America Express. No CODs. No accounts.

There is no minimum order, but "Quantity Discount" are computed by the number of items you purchase on a order page. Each order page is considered a different "style" of garment even if the product number is the same. Each "style" is on a separate order page. Each pricing is shown. You may mix sizes and colors within a style to qualify for the quantity discounts.

The shipping cost includes a $3 non-refundable handling charge per order.
