Shipping Policy
We won't charge your credit card until your order is shipped. All shipping transit times quoted are business days, not calendar days. For your orders, depending on the destination, you can choose between UPS ("express" or "Ground") and the National Post Office ("economic"). For some destination, only the National post Office service is provided. If your order is shipping via UPS you may receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping to. The shipping cost includes the cost of shipping and a $5 non-refundable handling fee per order regardless of the size of the order.
You can determine your shipping cost by filling in the order form. You will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping amount. You do not have to purchase the items in order to view the shipping amount.
If you are mixing into your order, items from several different companies, shipping from different warehouses, the shipping cost may be more than the cart will indicate at the time of your order. Especially for small orders. For example if you order four pieces from 4 different companies, you will get 4 packages each costing $4 - $12 depending upon weigth and distance. The cart will probable show a cost of about $8-$12. You can look at the Manufacturer's page to see their shipping location, but even if they are in the same city, the boxes will be shipped by different companies in their own boxes.
There are several shipping solutions available, including the ones mentioned here:
"Economic" shipping: shipping in priority postal parcel. This method does not include any tracking number. ETA from 2 to 7 business days according to the destination. Priority Mail is cost effective on orders (lower 48 states) 3 pounds or less, and with bigger shipments to Hawaii & Alaska.
Very large orders are usually sent common carrier and are priced individually. It is usually better for you to contract with a trucking company for pallet-sized orders.
"Express" shipping: shipping by conveyor UPS with tracking number. ETA from 1 to 2 business days according to the destination.
The products will be delivered to the indicated address during the process of order.
